If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase to us and we will gladly refund your money or replace the item, subject to the below terms and conditions. Our returns process
Your order can be returned for one of the following reasons:
- Unwanted Product: Any item purchased from us, can be returned at no extra cost to you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
- Poor Quality or defect: At Falke we are passionate about perfection, therefore should you feel that the quality of your product is not up to standard or that it contains a defect, you are welcome to return the item to us at no extra cost to you.
- Not what you ordered: In the unlikely event where we have sent you the incorrect item, we will gladly replace the item with the correct one at no extra cost to you.
Terms and Conditions
- You have up to 14 working days, since your order was delivered to you to log a return with us
- All unwanted and or incorrect items delivered to you, must be returned along with its original labels still, in an unused condition
- We strongly advise that you package your returned products safely and securely for protection during transit
- All returns will be booked on an economy courier service
- Please clearly mark your returns parcel with your original order number
- Remember to fill in and complete the online returns form, as this will notify us of your return action.
