Merino Wool Hiker Socks

I bought these in prep for a 3 day camino I am doing in September. I needed the extra cushioning to assist with previous deep seated blister issues. I tried them out last weekend and I am very pleased. They kept my feet dry, they fit well, the cushioning is excellent. Very happy.

These socks are really comfortable, warm and good quality. I have had other Falke wool socks and they lasted many years. Best with shoes as they can wear through on floors.

Best socks for the Freedom Challenge, hiking, and portaging.

I used two pairs and rotated them between support stations — worked perfectly. Even after crossing rivers in temperatures dropping to -10°C, the socks held up against thermal frost. Walking through snow was no problem either.

I’ve done over 2,200 km, and I’m still using the same pairs.
